Welcome to Day 1 of our Lenten Lectio Divina journey. On this Ash Wednesday, we begin in Luke 1:13-17, where the angel Gabriel speaks to Zechariah, proclaiming the coming birth of John the Baptist. In these words, we hear the whisper of God’s redemption unfolding—a promise of preparation, of hearts turning, and of a way being made for the Lord. As we enter this sacred season, may we quiet our souls, listen deeply, and allow God’s voice to stir renewal within us. Let’s begin.
