On Day 8 of our Lenten Lectio Divina journey, we reflect on Luke 4:18-19, where Jesus proclaims His mission: to bring good news to the poor, release to the captives, sight to the blind, and freedom to the oppressed. These words, spoken in the synagogue, declare that the Kingdom of God is breaking in. As we meditate today, may we ask: How is Jesus bringing restoration in our lives? Where is He calling us to join in His work of redemption? Let’s listen and respond to His invitation.
