Realm at Wesley

Church is more than what happens on Sunday morning. Realm is a secure online platform and mobile app that will help the people of Wesley stay connected to our church and to one another throughout the week.

As Wesley grows, we want that growth to lead to deeper relationships. Realm will give us shared tools to strengthen communication, participate in the life of the church, and help us know and care for one another.

We will introduce Realm gradually, provide plenty of support along the way, and communicate clearly as new features become available.

Wesley will send a Realm invitation to the email address connected to your church profile. The email will come from "notifications@onrealmmail.org." Follow the link in that email to activate your account. If the invitation comes to an incorrect or outdated email address, please contact the church office before creating another account.

Follow the instructions in your invitation to create a password and access your Realm account.

You do not need a smartphone to use Realm. You can also access your account through a regular web browser! 

Once you sign in, take a few moments to:

• Add a current profile photo. 
  • We will have picture days at church beginning on September 20th!
• Confirm your contact information,
• Review your family information.
• Choose your privacy preferences. 
• Select your communication and notification preferences.

Keeping your information current helps our staff, ministry leaders, and church family stay connected with you! 

We are introducing Realm in stages so that everyone has time to become comfortable with it. 

Yes. Your invitation connects your login to the profile Wesley already has for you. Please wait until you receive an invitation from Wesley before creating an account. 

First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from "notifications@onrealmmail.org." If you still cannot find it, contact the church office. Please do not create a second profile. 

No, the app is the most convenient way to use Realm, but you can also access Realm through a web browser. 

Not immediately. Realm will become an important part of how we communicate and connect, but we will introduce it gradually. We will let you know whenever an existing practice or communication method changes. 

Realm is not a public directory. You can review your profile and select the privacy settings that are right for you. Authorized church staff will have access to information needed for church administration and ministry.

We know that learning a new system can take time, and we are here to help. For immediate Realm assistance, you can contact Linda Skipper, our Director of Operations. Also, beginning on Sunday, September 13th, we will have a Realm help station on Sunday morning after each service for anyone who needs additional assistance.
